Every sale. Every expense. Every receipt. All in one simple app. And free for three months!

Running a small business in the Philippines is hard enough. Then the night comes, and so do the books: receipts in a box, invoices in a notebook, and a spreadsheet that never adds up.

Saan napunta ang pera? (Where did the money go?)

Who still owes you? Where is that receipt? And are you really making a profit?

Meet PrimerLedger. Easier than Excel. Clearer than a notebook. And your first three months are free.

If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use PrimerLedger.

No accounting course, no formulas. Type it in, and the totals add themselves up.

Selling online? Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, or your own shop. Tag every sale with its channel, and see which one really makes you money.

Compare any period in one click, and see exactly where your money comes from.

Click any bar in the chart, and see the invoices behind it.

Create a clean invoice in a minute, with your TIN, your logo and your signature.

Customer paying in hulugan? No problem. Record each payment, and the balance is always right.

Every expense is just as easy. Pick a category, snap the receipt, save.

Upload every receipt, every supplier bill, every PO and delivery receipt, and keep it with its record. No more lost invoices.

And PrimerLedger warns you before you record the same bill twice.

Sales and expenses, side by side. Your dashboard shows what came in, what went out, and your profit, at a glance.

Want the full picture? Profit and loss, and cash in against cash out, in clear charts anyone can read.

See who is late paying you, and by how much, and how this year compares with last year.

Your accountant still loves Excel? Export everything in one click.

Nothing disappears, every change has a name, and your data stays yours.

Kaya mo 'to! (You've got this!)

Try PrimerLedger free for 3 full months. Every feature, no card needed. Then just ₱299 a month.

The video shows these as illustrated cards and as screens from the PrimerLedger app with a fictional café.

Why Filipino businesses can trust us

Built for the businesses that run the Philippines.

Small businesses are almost every business in the country. PrimerLedger is made for them: simple enough for a neighbourhood shop, complete enough for a growing trading company.

  • Your books stay private

Each company is kept apart at the database level. An automated test tries to reach another company's records on every change, and must fail.

  • Nothing disappears

Deleted records wait in the Recycle Bin, and the Activity log shows who changed what, when, and what it was before.

  • Your data stays yours

Export invoices, expenses and the ledger to Excel, CSV or PDF anytime. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted: the books become read-only.

  • Written for Philippine law

Our Privacy Policy follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and explains how to use your rights.

Questions, answered plainly.

All questions

Is PrimerLedger free to try?

Yes. Every feature is free for 3 months (90 days), and you do not need a card to start. After that it is ₱299 a month per company.

Is it hard to learn if I only know Excel?

No. You type invoices and expenses the way you did in your spreadsheet, and the totals, balances and reports add themselves up. There is no chart of accounts to set up and no accounting jargon.

Where is my data stored, and is it safe?

Your data travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, every company's records are kept apart at the database level, every change is logged, and backups run every night. We will name the data-centre location here once production hosting is final.

Can my accountant or bookkeeper use it?

Yes. Invite them with the Accountant role. They can work in your books and export the ledger to Excel, CSV or PDF, and every change they make is in the activity log.

What happens after the 3 free months?

Subscribe for ₱299 a month and keep going. If you do not, your company becomes read-only: you can still open and export everything, but you cannot add or change records until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted for non-payment.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes, any time: during the trial, while subscribed, and after your company becomes read-only. Invoices, expenses and the ledger export to Excel, CSV or PDF.

Open your books tonight.

Three months free. By the end of the first week, you'll know exactly where your money went.
